Scheduled an appt, came in prepared and had provided the information on the vehicles I was interested in seeing. Was left in a room by myself for over an hour. Never saw any cars, and none of the inventory on the lot met the criteria I was looking for. I was called by the wrong name 4 times. Terrible experience. Left and went down the road to another large dealer who was happy to show me vehicles I was interested in and purchased a vehicle.
