That’s how plywood looks 5 years after he replaced roof and skylight. Didn’t want to fix it from warranty.
Told me I have to have a claim filed before he'll even take a look at my house. When I explained that I can't file a claim without knowing I have damage to claim, he stopped me and said "let me explain something to you." With 12 years in the insurance industry, I'm not looking for any explanations today, just a roof inspection to know if I should file a claim on my insurance or not.
