Owner is unprofessional, let my vehicle get impounded because owner decided not to pull it into the shop. Owner sits on his phone while customers are waiting. My truck had two brand new batteries and I had an excuse three days in a row that they were dead.
Best diesel shop in town hands down. I had my 2006 ford f250 worked on at 2 different shops and they could not figure what was wrong. I took it to Ronny and within a few days he had found the problem. He explained everything in detail and even offered to give me a ride. Excellent customer service, very honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone who has a diesel truck.
