This is the second home from the 1920s that we have had the floors refinished. The first home we used Maxcare and they did a beautiful job. This time around (bc of how difficult Covid has been on local businesses) we decided to support small business in our community and use Ron & Russ's Flooring. Recommendedgood people, quality and great service
I didn't have a floor installed however, a few different people answered all my questions and gave me pointers on my project. Most companys would shy away from this if they are not getting the sale. Very polite & helpful. They gave me complete confidence in what I was doing. Would totally recommend as customer service/integrity is a main reason why I choose a company.
I've known Ron and Russ both personally and professionally for many years. I've sat behind one of the desks in the store, worked as an installer and also barbecued at his home a few blocks from the store. I started working on saturdays which was the guy's only day off. I eventually became full-time staff. Unlike many stores, Ron & Russ have in-house installers and refrain from using subcontractors unless absolutely necessary.
