bought a cargo van approx 6 weeks ago got to drive it for 3 weeks it has been the shop for the last 3 and still there. it has been one issue after another. talked to management and all i got was a bunch of BS spewed my way. looking at approx 5 grand to fix the issues that their so called ace mechanics let slide. i would not recommend this place to anyone. however thier salesman during the sale make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. my opinion
I am very disappointed in my experience with the used car my son purchased from Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls. This was his first car that we purchased a few weeks ago and he has only been able to drive it a couple times. It's been back and forth in the shop. They have had the car 95% of the time we have owned it and they didn't even want to give us a loner car while fixing his. How is he supposed to get to work.
