We were shopping online for used cars and made appointment to see 2 at this dealership. One we felt was too good to be true - and turns out it magically sold the same afternoon we were supposed to go see it. We still kept our appointment to see the other vehicle. I got to work with Michael Baldwin in the sales department here. I called to inquire about a Genesis they had & set up a test drive. After dealing with a ton inadequate dealerships prior, I beyond impressed with how on top of his stuff and prepared he was when I came in! He didn't smother me and let me take it for a spin on my own, Which damn near sold it for me alone.
