I am absolutely appalled at how a purchase that was agreed upon, was not honored by the Ron Marhofer dealership. My deal was created on the Marhofer website at 8AM on Saturday (9/20/25) before the dealership was even open. The website gave me until 9/23 (see the attachment) to complete the transaction. Despite this, I contacted the salesman Jason at 9AM, that same Saturday, to confirm my offer was received.
