The absolute worst experience with trying to purchase a vehicle. I literally could have called my bank and had the deal completed in a couple of hours. My daughter drove an hour to look at a vehicle. Presented with two offers, one with a trade in one without a trade in. Decided to do no trade in and was told deal could only be done with a trade in despite having the other offer.
