Extremely disappointed with my appointment. I was referred to him for acne and it felt like I was in a pharmaceutical drug push appointment. It felt like I was just another young girl with acne problems that he had no time for. There were no questions about me or my skin, and no willingness to discuss options. He had his mind made up right from the start and slowly made his way to the door and left without saying a word. I travelled from out of town to see him and I left his clinic in tears. Will not be going back.
Dr Low has been a great help with the skin issues I've had. He is quiet but always professional and his office staff are lovely. I would definitely seek his help.
Very uncomfortable. Unwelcoming person. They say "be prepared to be here for an hour." YEAH WAITING wasn't seen til an hour and 15 minutes after when I was booked. All to be told "meh. It'll sort itself out" Find someone else yall. This is why Calgary has everything.
Like all specialists, it's hard to get in, but I've always had a good experience. The ladies are always nice and friendly too.
Dr. Low has repaired most of my sun damage over the years and I am quite happy, but his office phone service is atrocious. I can get through to CRA faster than to his receptionist. March 17, 2024 I am happy to report that the phone service has MUCH improved. Dr. Low has since treated some of my basal cell cancer issues and referred me to the Calgary skin cancer clinic where Dr. G. took care of some major problems. She is a gem. I am very happy to have Dr. Low and Dr. Guillemaud on my side.
