I will start by saying that I am from Chicago, which means my experience was super biased. This was the first time visiting the establishment for my husband’s birthday and it will honestly be the last. The staff were super friendly and inviting, however the food left a lot to be desired. The staff was exceptional, especially the two servers. You dont find service like this anymore. Food was excellent.
Always a great meal and service. It's expensive, but everything is worth the price.
This establishment is quite inconsistent. During our initial visit, the experience was excellent, complemented by outstanding service. However, when I returned with my father after a long time apart, it was a disappointing experience characterized by poor service and a limited selection. While I don't hold the server responsible for the lack of options, the way management handled the situation and communicated with me was highly unprofessional.
