Very unorganized
They clearly have a communication issue at this office. Have tried multiple times for 2 weeks to reach anyone. I have a child who needs to be seen and a referral was put in weeks ago. I was able to finally have someone answer before closing hours last week only to be transferred to the answering service and told to call next week. You are unable to leave a voicemail. Lack of communication skills is concerning considering the type of practice this is.
I saw two seperate specialists here--Lehnert and Abell. Both were low energy and unintelligent.
I had an appointment with Ron Roberts, LPC. He and the staff are great! He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I was impressed and grateful for the services that they provide.
