Horriblecustomerservice They gave me an estimate on some simple repair work for two professional use saws. When I came back in to pick up the saws they charged me $50 more than what they originally estimated and did not even put original Stihl replacement parts on the saws even though thats what I specifically requested. These guys are scammers, When I confronted them about it they simply asked "if you want your saws back you're gonna pay the bill no matter what it is!" Never had a problem We have bought several mowers and blowers there over the last 2 or 3 years and never had a problem. When we order parts they are always there when they say.
Horrible customer service I purchased a replacement part for stihl weed eater when I initially called for directions to the store they sounded completely uninterested and could not even tell me what cross street they were located on. Two weeks later, I came into pick up the part, when they finally found it in the back I was unsure if it was the correct part and asked to see the parts catalogue. The sales guy chastized me for not bringing in the old part, which I had done when I ordered, and made me feel like an idiot for dar... read more
CUSTOMER NO SERVICE Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experience, I was insulted, accused of trying to rip them off when I brought my Cub Cadet LT 1050 in for engine Warranty work. Not only did they not tell me until I came to pick it up, but I had called every couple of days for 2.5 weeks that they had it and NO ONE bothered to tell me that they refused to honor the warranty. They are supposed to be the authorized Cub Cadet and Kohler repair facility. I WWOULD NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY
