The work to our truck was done in a timely matter. Very friendly and accommodating staff. My wife was shuttled home while they worked on the truck and the shuttle picked her up in the afternoon so she could pick up the truck. The shuttle driver was awesome and very nice to talk to.
Shout out to Caeden. It was great working with him. In the end, we didn't find the right vehicle, but I would highly recommend working with him. He listened and didn't pressure me!
Everyone one friendly and helpful. We have always received accurate information and never feel pressured to purchase additional products McKenzie was our service advisor and was a pleasure to deal with.
Second time I've brought my car in for the same issues. Except this time the car left me stranded in a parking lot. Exceleration issues. Over revving, auto shut off works when it wants to..... Been told twice nothing wrong with the car. Yet take the car for a road trip after picking it up and it's still doing the same crap. So now what? I continue to pay for this lemon cause you guys don't see anything wrong with it? Take it to another mechanic that has nothing to do with Ron Hodgson's. Who's paying for that?
