I brought my Cadillac in for a diagnosis and repair, and from my first phone call to picking up my vehicle, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. They were able to get my vehicle in the very next day, and everything was completed in about six hours—much quicker than I had anticipated. Showed up for an oil change and inspection on a Saturday and was quickly accommodated by Lucas who very accurately estimated the time it would take for the service and the cost. He also thoroughly explained the work that had been completed.
