We purchased a brand new vehicle for our daughter first car, a 2017 Yaris. The car is self and purchasing the car was an excellent transaction. With a new vehicle purchase, you are supposed to get free maintenance for the first 2 years or 24,000 miles. The service department is extremely unprofessional and horrendous to do business with. Jason is the salesperson to deal with. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Only problem was selling at interest rate that was later increased. Feel that increase in overall cost should have been paid by dealer.

This service department is the worst. Took car in a week ago technician said it needed a battery I knew that was very unlikely but said okay then they said it had a electoral problem I said okay fix it. The car stop ranning again doing the same thing so I have it towed in again. Now it is the starter and a wiring problem again. It is a new starter no way that is it Is and they wouldn't work on it unless I spend 600 on another new one. Very unprofessional just guessing at problems.
