Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
