I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

the best dentist I've ever been treated by. I now live in New York and still wait to see Dr. Hamako when visiting family in the Bay area. I first went to him to fix a crown that had been badly done and then badly re-done by another dentist. I had extreme pain with the first dentist. While Dr. Hamako was drilling out the broken crown, I almost fell asleep in the chair, he was so gentle. And totally, totally competent. Not a minute's pain or trouble with the new crown, and it's been a couple of years now.

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine
