I was referred to Dr. James, and another friend of mine recommended him as well. I had my right hip replaced in 3/2025, my recovery was remarkable, I can hardly see or feel the scar. Now I’m ready for my right knee to be replaced. Dr. James is a Wonderful surgeon. Although, I do wish that they had Klara or a better way to communicate with the patients for appointments and all.
Dr James is the best ortho I have had. I concurr with the review that his office staff is absolutely THE WORST I have had. He canceled on me twice last year, once for a conference and once a week later for vacy. My surgery referral expired and I have YET to be rescheduled just to get I junctions and braces. I have been his patient since 2008 and lately I have not been given the courtesy of a five minute phone call by him. I explained my need for followup and was gaslit by his clinical director.
