I will update this later, but as of right now it’s a 1 because no one will even answer the phone. I’ve tried calling AT LEAST 6 times, no answer, no voicemail box set up, not even a Brief answer to put me on hold. Update : it’s been 2 hours and I’ve called several times AGAIN, and it is still going to voicemail. Terrible patient service
As a physician Dr James is wonderful! Unfortunately his office staff in Grass Valley isn’t. Returning calls, facilitating orders & referrals does not happen! I’ve been waiting over a week for a PT referral & CT order. Still haven’t heard back from them!
I was referred to Dr. James, and another friend of mine recommended him as well. I had my right hip replaced in 3/2025, my recovery was remarkable, I can hardly see or feel the scar. Now I’m ready for my right knee to be replaced. Dr. James is a Wonderful surgeon. Although, I do wish that they had Klara or a better way to communicate with the patients for appointments and all.
