Do not give him payment information until the design is approved. Otherwise the price will increase as he builds, adding unexpected costs. Very poor communication on his end.

Meet daughter in parking lot. She took pictures of my rail and said her dad would get back to us. no call after a few days, we called and left 3 messages. Sales guy called with options. Then Ron called bavk said he would look at all picturrs. Called back and said he saw i talked to someone and he could be of no help…daid customer service. Taking business elsewhere
