I booked an appointment online to have a tire put on my truck when I showed up they told me they couldn’t find the information in the system even though I showed the my text message and the confirmation online as well the manager screamed at me to get out of his office when I ask for his name all I wanted was I tire but their response was to go the the dealership where I had bought the tire because they were not going to help me they embarrass me in front of other customers it is not right how they treated me

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Ron Craft Chevrolet and was promised that the car had been serviced and there were no problems with it. I was also told there was no warranty I could purchase through the dealership. It turned out there were a lot of problems with the vehicle and I could have purchased a warranty through the dealership. Luckily I had purchased an outside warranty. First time at this Dealership & was very upset at their Customer Service. Not friendly or helpful at all. Was told to go in at 8:00 for an Oil change but when I arrived, they had no info about it & was told they were shorthanded & it would be a 3 Hr. wait. Also asked if I could come back on Fri. & was told that was one of their busy days so I just left & found a much better Dealership.

I bought a car on December 28, 2021 and they sold me a car that had 3 hits on ****** and extremely over priced with that being on it. The salesman didn't point it out a friend of mine did. I called 24 hours after I bought and paid down $2000 to return it and get my money back and they refused and said they don't do that. I have been trying to get out of it ever since and unable to do so cause of 3 hits on car fax and it being highly over priced and way upside down. Customer service is lacking. Purchased a new vehicle in 2008. Paid off loan 5 years later. Management at a local RV park in Baytown informed me of a lady walking by foot everywhere including I-10 because of no transportation. I agreed to donate this vehicle I no longer used not realizing I had never received a lien release. Contacted Ron Craft in October 2020 and was referred to Tracey.
