Cannot recommend Mike Mafilou and Ron Craft Cadillac enough! I had a very specific vehicle (and price point) in mind, and Mike made my dreams come true! He was not only able to get me a great deal on my brand new Cadillac, he did it without the usual games. No “waiting to talk to his manager”, no “clear coat” or “anti-theft” markups. Worst experience ever at a dealership. I dropped off my car a one week and 5 day for air condition/ compressor. customer service very unprofessional and no communication at all. (F). I will never go back to Ron Craft Cadillac again.
