Service department is lacking. First they told me it’s gonna take up to 5 days to just get a diagnostic. And they don’t have loaner cars available.the workers said they only have about 7 loaner cars. Then I told the worker at the service desk (don’t remember his name but he’s a white guy with tattoos all in his arms ( I say that because he was the only white one, not because it’s a race thing) what was wrong with my car and then i went to sit outside. Yes, Diagnostics shouldn't be so expensive and take 2 - 3 days (which is what I was told) and without being offered a loaner. My vehicle was there 5 days total. Some people cannot afford to be without a vehicle for that long. Please hire more mechanics. Service was pricy. Otherwise, everything went really well.
