This place is horrible, I left my car for 3 days and it took approximately 2 weeks. Second time it’s happened and I’m Not returning a third.
Great experience, start to finish. Ordered my 2025 in January, arrived today. No hassle. No gimmicks. Dominique (sales) and Cory (finance) were stand up guys. Really appreciate the experience guys
Service department is lacking. First they told me it’s gonna take up to 5 days to just get a diagnostic. And they don’t have loaner cars available.the workers said they only have about 7 loaner cars. Then I told the worker at the service desk (don’t remember his name but he’s a white guy with tattoos all in his arms ( I say that because he was the only white one, not because it’s a race thing) what was wrong with my car and then i went to sit outside.
