Horrible customer service. This business does not have call waiting and Claude is especially rude. You will have to try calling for 20 minutes before you don't get a busy signal. They say that their lines are busy becasue of tax season. But for the past 10 years I have filed taxes in Memphis with other accountants, their lines were always open or they had call waiting. I would not recommend that anybody do business with them.
