We have purchased an 11year old Ron Brown home in Urraween,its our 19th property. The house had been tenanted since new,poorly managed by the agent but because of good tradesman, good bones and after spending $70k we have a new home.😊
Poor floor plan designs. wasted hallways removed would be a great start. I removed a hallway that went nowhere and gained 12sm of living space
