They honored my Goodman warranty as did Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc., and were more than reasonable with labor charges exceeding many of the competitors I researched. Ron Brocks saved the day! A/C stopped working during the July heat! Another provider came out on a Sunday night and diagnosed that we had a leak in the evaporater coil that allowed all the refrigerant to leak out. They also told us that the installer who put in the HVAC system in our 5 year old home had not registered the warranty with Lennox. Oh, and BTW, that will be $4800 please, give us a deposit of $2700 and we have to order the part. AND they never called us back after taking our money. We found Ron Brocks was the init... read more
