I trusted this business to deliver flowers to a dear friend after a major life event. Apparently they don’t exist any more! I had to hound them for days to see about the flowers & they finally issued me a refund. Do not order from here.
Straight up did not deliver flowers I paid for and only issued a refund after I hounded them for several days. Really irresponsible way to run a business and they ruined a special moment in my life. Use 1800 flowers.

Wow! I had such a great experience here, and I cannot recommend Romy’s enough for your flower needs (and wants:)). I was visiting a stylish friend with extremely good taste, and I wanted to bring her a nice bouquet that didn’t look cheesy, supermarket-y, or super traditional. I let the owner (I didn’t get her name!) know what I wanted and my budget ($30-40), and she whipped up something beautiful and special all while cheerfully chatting to me about why SF is a floral hub and her vision for Romy.
