I wasn't able to select No stars. I'm reporting them to the BBB. They took money, no service. And told me they would "come back" if they wanted, and when. Not when I was available. Too bad they said, I missed them by 20 minutes. No notice on door. No proof they were there.
We have used Romney since moving in 6 years ago. Very satisfied!!
Tragically I liked this company until I moved and sold my house. It appears that their systems of recording terminations needs work. I guess the new home owners appreciate my paying for their service. Next stop post office for a certified letter, maybe that will stop the service.
Amazing service and very thorough! Our service man even helped us with an electrical problem that we thought we needed an electrician for. Way to go above and beyond for customer service! We highly recommend Romney Pest Control!!!

He is always so nice and has a deadly resolution for any & every pest problem ;) And unlike the cable company, every representative has always arrived in the time period given for my appt with all the supplies needed to complete the requested service.
