Completamente desapontada com a Rommanel. Fiz uma compra e em menos de 20 dias o colar ficou preto. Entrei em contato com o atendimento pra ver se conseguia ajuda e nem retorno tive. I would like to express my disappointment with rommanel service and quality.
I bought 2 pendants and one broke and I contacted the seller that his name I think is Carlos and he said that I should look for any other jewelry store to do the repair. Fake warranty. I do not recommend this store to anyone!
