I typically don't use social media as a platform for complaints, but feel that others need to be made aware of what I experienced today. As many of you know I have a dog named Jackson. We chose Romie Lane Pet Hospital (Dr. Ponder) as Jackson's vet. I chose this location because it is where we had taken my childhood pets for many years. Reception/staff are unprofessional, ignorant with regard to dealing with the public. Haley has acquired so much ego since she started, that it is offensive. It is a shame that one needs to get past reception to see the vets because the vets are each wonderful. I will not return with my pet. It is not worth dealing with the rudeness, tactlessness, and unprofessionalism of the girls in the front.
