Absolutely loved Dr. Romero and his staff. This is the best doctors office I have been to in a very long time. He was so knowledgeable and answered questions I didn’t even know I had. The ladies were extremely kind and knowledgeable also. I’m very grateful I have found a doctor and office staff who I really love and feel comfortable with. Thank you all.
Do not use this facility, they are more interested in generating business, than they are about your wellbeing, I had a serious opiate addiction after a total knee replacement, so I needed a Dr's referral for the insurance to cover that had a bed opening at a detox, and thier staff Patty told me we don't do referrals for detox, its not like I'm asking for pain meds but help, I ended up explaining to the insurance my situation and they called Dr Romero's office and got a verbal authorization in which Patty called me to tell me... read more
worst hospital I've ever been to in my life front secretaries have the worst customer service ever
The receptionist Maria was absolutely unpleasant and impatient. She is a horrible representation of a first impression for this doctor and hopefully they take that into consideration because I will now be seeking a different primary care physician even if I have to commute further. Unprofessional!
Appointment was at 11:15am. Now it’s 12:25pm and i’m still waiting in the room for him. This is not the first time though.. last time i got here 9:00am and i saw him around 11:30am. I’ll look for another doc
