BEWARE! SCAMMERS. If I could give them 0* I would. This is scam. I gave them all the details, they told me that it will cost a $99 fee to send the technician over. The guy came the next day, asked who's gonna pay, I said I have already paid for the inspection so that the he can tell me what the problem is and provide an estimate, then the guy got into his car and left. I will be filing a claim against this business. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I was delighted with my choice when Alex and John arrived at the installation time and promptly walked me through the steps. Clean installation, beautiful appearance, and excellent performance. The technician who was sent to service my furnace was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, polite and prompt. He took his time to examine my system thoroughly and he was able to diagnose all the errors in it. He was able to fix everything and left the system in order.Would definitely recommend them.
Our air went out and I called our home warranty. The assigned company did not call and when I called them it would be two days. I called Jacobs HVAC Services and they came out the same day! Great service! This is not the first time Jacobs HVAC Services had saved the day when our home warranty assigned company did not come thru!
