Ibby is just not a hairstylist but a literal MAGICIAN!!! and a GREAT listener! He was really attentive to everything that I had asked for with my hair and the results were way better than what I had imagined!! Extremely disappointed with my experience TODAY at Romeo Salon, specifically with Nico. My sister and I came in to have our hair done for her birthday. I had already explained when booking that we have African hair. If Nico was not comfortable or experienced working with our hair texture, a simple consultation beforehand would have saved us 3–4 hours, our money, and a lot of frustration. Massimo always gives me a fantastic haircut and his memory is unbelievable. Prices are totally reasonable and I’ve never had my appointment start any later than 2 minutes past my appointment time
