Wonderful experience purchasing my new car. They were fantastic when I decided that after 3 days, I hadn't fell in love with the car I purchased. So I came back, they gave me key after key until I finally found the perfect car for me! Even after the purchase, they have been nothing short of amazing in their customer service. Making sure that I have the peace of mind I have always desired. They have found themselves another life-long customer!

False advertising. Was in contact with them regarding one particular car. Never told me about the additional 4k miles on it or the aftermarket parts installed by the owner of the dealership until I drove it. Let alone, the car was disgustingly filthy when I arrived. They knew I was coming to look at it for a few days and never cleaned it. Huge turn off. Plus, a few sales reps drove it daily but couldn’t offer answers to my questions about the car. Just purchased my second car from Rome Pre Owned. Both times have been a great experience. I have been a craigslist buyer for many years always dealing with private party sales. I’m at a place in life where my budget is a little higher and I value my time a little more. I now see the value in going through a dealer and these guys are great to work with. Buying a car at Rome Pre-Owned was absolutely the easiest ever! Normally I dread the whole experience and the crew here were all wonderful! Everyone was very helpful!! I highly recommend if your looking for a vehicle stop here!!
