I left this office they are horrible there. I waited 2 mnths for a root canal that was denied, which I know wasnt there fault but 2 days after I had a appointment so they could pull the tooth. They called me the day before and cancelled it. Now a month later I gave up on them and I'm trying to get my records transferred to another dentist and they cant seem to do that....

They ignored my questions and refused to let me speak to an owner.Their staff robin was OPENLY RUDE. She was trying to tack a $50 charge on a homeless girl for missing her appointment the year before(she had no phone). None of my questions were answered.i still need to talk to an owner about this issue.
They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless.
