These people are dishonest and take advantage of those that have emergency situations by inflating the cost of repairs several times more then other companies. Do not use them.
Water heater went bad in our condo. I called Robert and gave him all the details possible for a “ball park” estimate which provided by text in a timely manner. In text, advised that price could be lower upon site survey. In the end price was lower plus he did some extras @ No extra charge. Showed up on tome for the site survey and replaced the water heater within 24 hours of our approval of work. Good work and honest!
I had a great experience with the owner, Robert Yoder, today. He was responsive to texts, arrived on time (even gave me a heads-up text to say he was on his way), courteous, friendly and highly professional; my new toilet looks great! I will use his services again and happy to recommend him to friends and neighbors. Thank you, Robert!
