Julius arrived on time as planned. He was very polite and diagnosed the problem with the A/C very quickly. Problem was the drain to the outside. This was the 2nd time with drain since Roman installed our new A/C in June this year. Julius solved the problem and explained it is a drain problem that will happen again as the drain goes under home when built and problems happen due to poor installation when home was built.
