Both Cary and Mike went over and above making sure the problems I had were fixed and blended with the rest of the roof. Roman's Roofing is a true professional company, where service comes first.
We met Ralph from Roman's Roofing while he was estimating our neighbor's property and asked for his information since we were considering getting a new roof and siding but were unfamiliar with the process. He squeezed us into his already busy schedule and did the free estimate that day. He drove back to our house later to explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. Ed and his crew made things so easy as the go between for my insurance! I've never had to make a claim like that before and they were so easy to work with. Awesome company, Highly recommend!
This was a complete roof shingle removal and repair any damaged plywood found.We were completely surprised at the five sheets of plywood replaced that there were 1 to 2 foot holes on them. As many times through the years I was on the roof I am surprised I had not fallen through the roof. The crew did a phenomenal cleanup. I would have liked them to address a couple of other things,but I guess I will in the future. All in all great job Thanks.
