Completely unprofessional company. I had a 3 day carpet installed scheduled and then waited until they arrived on the first day to tell me they weren't gonna be able to complete it on time due to weather. When asked why they waited till they showed up to tell me they can't do it, management said "We don't control the weather." I'm not asking them to control the weather. Fantastic job done with my tile install throughout entire house minus the bedrooms. I am super happy with the results. The work was performed by Mike and Anna Lee. I recommend these two installers highly.
