I ordered the Shrimp Portofino and it started out absolutely delicious. I was halfway through when I noticed something that turned my stomach. A Cockroach/Waterbug leg was mixed into my pasta! We made a reservation for Christmas evening. We are visiting from 1600 miles away and arranged our last day at Disney based on our reservation. We raced to get from the park to the restaurant for our 7:30 reservation and arrived at 7:32. We almost called to say we would be 2 or 3 minutes late but decided it would be silly. We walked up the the hostess and was informed it would be 2 or more hours that we were their last reservation and the kitchen was backed up that long. The restaurant was almost empty! With a lot of empty tables, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the host desk. Then they told us a 15 minute wait, it wasn’t even half full, and on a Saturday evening at 6:40! The front desk seemed lost, like they had no idea what they were doing. The food and service were good after an annoying beginning. But that initial start took 2 stars away as we were there to enjoy dinner and started out with an annoying beginning.
