I’ve used Romano HVAC service in the past, I had an emergency with my heater and called them. Juliano called immediately and stopped by my house within an hour, he was able to take care of the problem and he also replaced the Thermostat. Juliano put a new filter and bought a couple more to replace every few months and put me on the schedule. I will tell you this Juliano goes above and beyond if you’re lucky enough to get him.
Juliano was professional and personable and completed th job in a timely manner. Very happy with his job performance.
Juliana was very friendly and helpful.
One of there service techs/owner was very rude and flipping people off while driving putting other people in danger . Bad service
Romano was very pleasant to work with. Easy to communicate, efficient, got the job done quickly.
