I love Romana's food! The Italian food is fantastic. The sauce is great and their meatballs are delicious. The true test of Italian food is spaghetti with sauce and theirs is great.
We normally love Romama's! Tonight we ordered take out for our daughter's birthday and just had an awful experience. We are always a little weary to order burgers because we do not like frozen patties. We were very sad to find out that the burger here is. Like I said, this won't stop us from ordering again because we love Romama's. It was just disappointing.

Thank you for your comment and feedback. We are glad that you will be back. But we would like to clarify that our hamburgers come from meat land in broadalbin. We get a meat order weekly and we do no freeze them. We hope to see you again!
Last night, I was charged twice for our drinks! The total what our food costs. The drinks where $2.25 each (x 2). Then at the bottom of my receipt you get the total w/ drinks included. So it was the total plus drinks again $4.50 then the tax which the end total was $35.90. The person who cashed me out was very rude and just kept telling me I was wrong!! Been coming her for yrs! NOT a happy customer!!

Hello Tamra. I'm sorry for the confusing, but we do not charge twice for beverages. I attached a copy of a receipt from today. You have your itemized total next to the product on the top. And then our computer systems separates them out into beverages and food into categories. (I cannot give you the reason why they POS system does this.) I assure you that you're not over charged. If you'd like to come in and I can explain it further if you'd like. Thank you for your patronage and have a great holiday
I love Romanas grinders, pizza. Everything. So yummy.
VERY enjoyable place to go whether for lunch or dinner. All the wait staff are very pleasant and attentive! Very generous servings. Usually wind up splitting an entree with a girl friend! Always delicious!
Always great food and friendly and accommodating staff! Portions are large enough that my girlfriend and I often share an entree. Favorite lunch spot.
My second time here and once again I’m not impressed. Terrible and overpriced. Came in here tonight I ordered baked ravioli and she got broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken. We shared an appetizer of Mac and cheese bites,,, let me say almost if not all of our food was frozen or came out of a can,, the ravioli, frozen. Mac and cheese bites, frozen.
