Roman was an excellent realtor. I listed my house with him and within one day I had an excellent offer. He was able to give me a great market analysis and told me where I should price my house. It was actually much higher than I thought I should list it at, but he knew the market better than i ever would. I have been working with Tommy at Roman Realty for years. He was able to locate the perfect home for us in a neighborhood we did not even know existed. Extremely helpful and very attentive to our desires in locating us homes to view. They were also very helpful in their prompt and straightforward responses to the due diligence and closing questions we had.
