My honest opinion is he is. Poor orthopedic specialist. He has failed to listen, provide any measurable help or assistance and has always maintained a very rude elitist behavior
Dr. Orsini operated on me for a bunion. I had the other foot done a decade ago in DC, and that foot has felt fine ever since. But he criticized that foot's outcome and offered an aggressive procedure for the foot I needed work done on. I followed his post-op regimen strictly. His manner is fine and he seems to know his business, but at each follow-up visit he would give instructions he had omitted before. I was treated for a fifth metatarsal break. There was very little wait time. Dr. Orsini explained the break and the cure. Six weeks later I’m weaning myself off the boot and pain free. Dr. Orsini eased my anxiety and was kind and very reassuring.
Dr. Orsini is very thorough and professional; he is also kind and caring. He takes the time to explain each procedure as well as follow up instructions. I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Orsini and his staff. The Lewes area is lucky to have him.
Dr Orsini and his is a wonderful, caring, professional doctor. He has performed several surgeries and the outcome has always been wonderful. I definitely have and will continue to recommend Dr Orsini.

Dr. Orsini has done surgery on my foot and ankle. Throughout the entire experience Dr. Orsini and his staff were fantastic. Dr. Orsini and his staff were excellent. The fibula repair surgery which Dr. Orsini performed went flawlessly, as did my full recovery towards resuming all activities. I hold Dr. Orsini in high regard and can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and his guidance throughout this process.
I had several surgeries in a four month period. Everyone was helpful, nice to talk to and understanding when I got a little nervous.
