I called RE in June 2024 because my HVAC had died. They came out right away which was great. Everything went downhill, way downhill, after that. It took over 4 weeks from the day I signed the contract to the day they were able to come in and install my HVAC. They didn't tell me this before signing and I could not call to schedule until I signed. Five weeks, in summer, with no AC!
