Poor service in service department. Lack of timely maintenance notifications; should've been told about oil exchanges needed for brakes, fuel injection at 30000 miles, nothing mentioned until 43000 miles. Lack of timely notifications is poor and sloppy performance. Don't feel valued or treated as a customer. Amen looking for another car and a dependable dealer.
Terrible Experience !!! I was coming another state bought the 52k car , everything went smooth but then stuck on $3300 tax reimbursement back to my state , Did not answer the phone or return the call , when answered they said we will look into it , give me few minutes and i call you right back ....... the car was purchased after Christmas 2024 ..........UNTILL NOW THE ISSUE STILL UNSOLVED . What is next step can I process ???
