Very professional and courteous.
Imagine driving 3 hours to get the truck of your dreams only to get there and find there was more things wrong with it than you knew because they failed to actually send you all photos to show everything. Tar/paint covering the bed of the truck, scratches on the gauge cluster, the grill of the truck discolored and faded.
