I had the pleasure of working with Blake at Romain Cross Pointe Pre Owned. It was a great experience. Good communication about the vehicle, timely responses. They really went above and beyond to make sure the used vehicle was in excellent condition before the sale.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Romaine Auto Park in Evansville, Indiana, for $16,000, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. In less than two months, I found out the vehicle needs approximately $12,000 in repairs. Because of these issues, I was left without reliable transportation and had to pay for a rental vehicle out of my own pocket.
