My 71 year old mother received a notice in the mail from Buicks marketing Department telling her they could have a free oil change "no strings or even fine print" just as long as it was before Jan. 2, 2024. She called explaining everything to the person taking appointments and they assured mom everything would be free. Bought a used-car for my daughter early June of 2020. We had constant continuous problems with the car for the next year and a half barely getting 1300 miles out of it before giving up and scrapping it. The car was never right.I love Subaru but I can never return here. In hindsight, we bought a car from a couple of "used car-salesmen". It just makes me sick. Most honest dealer I have ever worked with. The deal I wanted did not work because of his honesty about the problem with the vehicle. He went out of his way. I sent my wife back for the car she was looking for. I will be waiting for him to find the one I want. I will not go anywhere else even though I have seen what I want at other dealerships! I talked to someone on the phone About buying a vehicle. They had the vehicle over priced proven by KBB. When I told the sales rep the (totally reasonable) amount I was willing to pay, he said “we can end the conversation right there.” What a horrible first and only impression of this business.
Jacob and the crew are incredible quick and friendly. My Crosstrek has two recalls, need a 30,000 mile service and an oil change. I worried it would be hours on my Saturday off. I was out in under an hour and a half thanks so much!!
My sales person was Lauren and she killed it. Never had a more pleasant and non stressful experience at a car lot in my life. I have had over 30 cars... so I have experience 😆 So sweet, so kind. Will be going back for sure! So happy with my brand new WRX!!
