Do not buy. No valid return address. Noone answers the phone. They run out the 30 days from purchase so you don't have time to return them ..if you had a real address. Ups said it was invalid. Goodbye 45.00.
My boots are too narrow so I needed to return. I tried to use the link on their website and it did not work. I sent 3 emails and called twice, all with no answer. Zero customer service and tons of restrictions for returns. You must pay to return them, they deduct a restocking fee, and if you bought them at a discount no returns at all. I love the look of the boot and their charity, but it’s not worth it if I can’t get any customer service or wear the boot
