DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. they have gone downhill on quality in the past few years. It will be a waste of money. I purchased my 3rd pair of the same boots. For the second time the upper portion often boot separated from the sole. On the first pair it happened after a few months of wear so since I love the brand I decided to purchase another pair. Do not buy. No valid return address. Noone answers the phone. They run out the 30 days from purchase so you don't have time to return them ..if you had a real address. Ups said it was invalid. Goodbye 45.00.
My boots are too narrow so I needed to return. I tried to use the link on their website and it did not work. I sent 3 emails and called twice, all with no answer. Zero customer service and tons of restrictions for returns. You must pay to return them, they deduct a restocking fee, and if you bought them at a discount no returns at all. I love the look of the boot and their charity, but it’s not worth it if I can’t get any customer service or wear the boot
