We did a complete home renovation in 2007 that included approximately 15 windows and 2sets of French doors bought from Roma therm windows. 12 years later, these windows and doors are - BY FAR - the most regrettable decision we made for our home. All the windows that open and close are now broken - the mechanism that opens and closes them breaks. The screens in those windows are all broken too - the little tabs that allow you pull the screens up and out are all broken off so removing them is now a pain. Both sets of French do... read more

Chocolate to Chocolate very bad costumer service. I asked for the price on a window that i gave the size and he tells me to compare Chocolate to chocolate in this day and age people shop on line and phone and if your price is close with other let me compare don't tell me what to do very poor costumer service will never call or think about your business and i make sure i tell all my friends and family.
