It's a borderline scam company. I've lived in at least a dozen houses, and this is by far the worst quality house I've been in. Don't let the cute exterior fool you. It's extremely cheap quality slapped together by workers who don't care at all. Everything is crooked or not lined up right. The floor makes an ungodly popping sound when someone steps on a certain spot in the kitchen, and on the other side of the wall, it's terribly loud and would be next to my head when trying to sleep.
