While living here, the management disrespected me multiple times. One morning I was woken up to the landlord kicking my bedframe and yelling at me to wake up - no it wasn’t an emergency; he & the guys just needed to do some maintenance! I've lived in a building in Boston managed by Rolls Realty for 7 years and had a wonderful experience! All of the staff (office, maintenance, super) have been responsive and kind. I feel safe knowing management is accessible and have not had any issues when getting assistance. They are definitely one of the best in the city!
My daughter is student living alone in a unit managed by Rolls Realty. Twice they entered without notice. The first time to do some work when my daughter was not home and she was not notified they'd be working in her apartment. She came home to find that they left the place a mess where they removed wall/ceiling material. The second time she was sleeping.
