I’ve always loved RollOver when shopping there previously, but loved them most today after being in town and stopping in. I came in to help someone with getting their dog back on a good-for-him diet. I usually know exactly what I want, but this time, mentioned my needs. Everyone there sprang into action with their recommendations, knowledge of each and where in the store I could find everything. I have been taking my dog here for a while. They used to do a great job. The owner is nice and he tries to accommodate. I do feel as though they know Shelby is getting more populated and this place basically monopolizes pet grooming. With that being said, I don't think they care if they lose customers. My dog weighs 165lbs and I'm pregnant, so I am unable to bathe him myself. The last few times I have picked him up from a grooming appointment, he has smelled so bad like maybe they used watered down soap or no soap? My mom ca... read more

My dog was not eating well and our Vet suggested going to RollOver. Fred helped me find the right food and guess what my mini schnauzer LOVED his new food. Toby says THANKS RollOver!
