Dr. Rollolazo is one in a million. He is very knowledgeable, and caring. He takes the time to talk to you so he can give you the proper treatment. Unlike many offices that seem geared to get you in and out as fast as possible. His staff gets equally high marks, especially Debbie. Both my wife and I love Dr. Rollolazo.
Great Doctor really good at addressing the problem and finding a way to fix it rather then surgery. The wait is pretty long but allways worth the visit and treatment.
Like most doctors, he's busy. But, the wait is worth his vast knowledge and ability to put you at ease. My mom has been his patient for many years (and her siblings). She now has dementia, and he communicates so well with her it keeps her agitation down. We love him, and don't know what we'll do when he retires. During a visit, I ask a question about my ear and he looked in it and told me what to do. Less than 1% of doctors I use would have done this for someone that wasn't their patient.
