The carpet looked great, however, we had painted the walls before having carpet put down & they scratched up every wall in the room. I emailed them about it & got no response back at all.
This is a very accommodating company with excellent work and integrity.
I try to spend whenever possible in the local community. However I cannot recommend Rollins Flooring in Norris. Multiple calls, stopped in twice within the past 2 weeks. Today I get a call they can come out at 2:45, & I waited until 3:15. I get a call at 3:30 they're trying to find the location. Very poor business practices!
We had flooring replaced in entire house. Craftsmanship was excellent, and service was second to none.
